Job Description

Hiring: Customer Service Representative – Traya Voice Process

Company: Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work From Office

Process: Voice – Inbound & Outbound Customer Support

Eligibility:

  • Graduates – Freshers can apply
  • Non-Graduates – Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
  • Hindi & English communication is mandatory
  • Any one regional language: Kannada / Tamil / Telugu

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain call records and update CRM
  • Follow quality and process guidelines
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet daily productivity and performance targets

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Good customer handling skills
  • Basic computer and typing knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced voice process

Salary:

  • Freshers: ₹18,000/month
  • Experienced: ₹20,000/month
