### Role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Support & Inside Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, convert leads, coordinate service execution, and maintain strong client relationships.

### Responsibilities

* Attend inbound customer calls and inquiries.

* Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

* Coordinate with vendors and operations teams for service delivery.

* Prepare quotations and track customer approvals.

* Maintain customer records in CRM.

* Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.

* Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

### Requirements

* 1–5 years of experience in Customer Support, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Service Sales.

* Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred.

* Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and WhatsApp Business.

* Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.

### Preferred Industry

Facility Management, Painting Services, Civil Works, Home Services, Real Estate, Construction, or Service Industry.
