Job Description

Role SummaryWe are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to manage the Lead Conversion Process. The role involves handling customer inquiries related to skincare and cosmetology services, resolving queries, and converting leads into walk-in appointments through effective communication and relationship-building.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding skincare and cosmetology-related services.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about services and treatments.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed walk-in appointments and drive lead closures.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality at all times.
  • Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹21,000 per month
  • Work Mode: Work from Office
  • Working Days: 6 Days a Week
  • Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

  • Eligibility CriteriaGraduate from any stream or discipline.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Lead Conversion, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Candidates with a Sales background or Cosmetology/Skincare industry experience will be preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English + any one of the following languages:
  • Kannada
  • Hindi
  • Bengali
  • Marathi
  • Gujarati
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and call documentation.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in lead generation, lead conversion, or telesales.
  • Exposure to the skincare, beauty, wellness, or cosmetology industry.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships effectively.
