Process: Voice (Inbound & Outbound Customer Support)
Role OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to handle customer queries, provide effective resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience through inbound and outbound calls.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems.
- Follow quality standards and process guidelines.
- Meet daily performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduates: Freshers can apply.
- Non-Graduates: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Languages: Hindi and English (mandatory), along with either Kannada or Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work from the office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in handling customer queries and objections.
