Job Description
Role Overview
Customer Service Executive will support day-to-day store operations while delivering excellent customer experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to retail sales, billing, inventory management, and overall store coordination. The trainee will work closely with the store team to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate information on products and promotions
Support in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
Manage billing and cashiering operations with accuracy
Handle cash and digital transactions responsibly
Assist in stock replenishment and product placement as per visual merchandising guidelines
Support inventory management and periodic stock audits
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and display standards within the store
Assist with basic accounts-related documentation and reporting
