Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Jaipur.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients

* Provide regular updates on orders and case status

* Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations

* Deliver after-sales service from order receipt to payment collection

* Maintain daily records and submit reports (Notion/written)

* Coordinate with the team and update Google Calendar regularly

* Keep clients informed at every step of the process
