Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:  

A. To fix up appointments with prospective customers 

B. Ensure that maximum number of appointments should be made for a month

C. Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales

D. Maximum number of Sales through the appointments made.

E. Weekly / Monthly MIS should be reported to the Telemarketing Supervisor. 

G. Candidate Profile  

Fresher or Experience of 1+ years in Telemarketing / Telesales or Outbound voice process. Good Communication is a must. 

H. Desired Industry -  Hospitality, Service sector like Telecom, personal financial products, BPO, Insurance etc.
