Job Role: Inside Sales Executive (Storage & Moving Services)As an Inside Sales Executive at StowNest Storage, you will handle incoming leads and convert them into confirmed orders. You will interact with customers, understand their requirements, and offer the right storage or shifting solution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and website inquiries
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable storage or moving services
• Convert leads into bookings by explaining pricing and service benefits
• Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM
• Coordinate with operations team for order execution
• Follow up with pending customers to close sales
• Ensure smooth customer experience from inquiry to booking
• RequirementsGood communication skills (English + regional language)
• Experience in sales or customer handling preferred
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools
• Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
