0–2 Years of experience in Customer Relationship, Customer Support, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Age below 32 years

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Immediate Joiners / Candidates serving 15 Days Notice Period preferred

💼 Key Roles & Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Keep customers informed about new products, offers, and services.

Generate sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.

Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams and managers to improve customer experience.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance business growth.

Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
