Summary

• We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken candidate to support customer communication, lead generation, sales coordination, and material procurement.

• The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and should be comfortable speaking to customers over phone, email, and WhatsApp.

• The role requires regular cold calling, follow-up with potential customers, coordination with sales offices, web-based lead generation, and support for purchasing materials required for business operations.

Key

Responsibilities

Cold Calling

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and introduce the company’s products/services.

• Speak politely and professionally with customers and understand their requirements.

• Follow up with interested customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email.

• Maintain a positive and confident communication style during customer interactions.

• Handle basic customer queries and pass serious enquiries to the sales team.

• Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers.

Lead Generation

• Search for new customer leads using Google, business directories, social media, LinkedIn, industry websites, and online databases.

• Collect customer details such as company name, contact person, phone number, email ID, location, and business type.

• Identify suitable prospects based on company requirements.

• Qualify leads before passing them to the sales team.

• Maintain an updated lead database in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or company software.

• Track lead status such as new lead, contacted, interested, follow-up required, not interested, or converted.

Sales Office Coordination

• Coordinate with sales offices, sales executives, and field teams regarding new leads and customer enquiries.

• Share lead details with the correct sales person or branch office.

• Follow up with the sales team to check lead progress.

• Maintain records of customer calls, sales follow-ups, quotations, and responses.

• Prepare daily or weekly lead status reports for management.

• Help schedule customer meetings, sales calls, and follow-up discussions.

Procurement & Material Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for required materials.

• Collect quotations from multiple suppliers when required.

• Compare price, availability, delivery time, and quality before placing orders.

• Prepare and follow up on purchase requests and purchase orders.

• Track material delivery status and update the concerned team.

• Coordinate with stores, production, or operations team for material requirements.

• Maintain basic records of supplier details, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.

• Follow up with vendors for delayed materials or pending documents.

• Support inventory checking and stock availability updates.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain customer, lead, sales, and procurement records properly.

• Prepare daily call reports, lead reports, and procurement follow-up reports.

• Keep Excel/Google Sheets updated without errors.

• Maintain proper filing of quotations, invoices, purchase details, and customer records.

• Report important customer feedback, complaints, or urgent requirements to management.

Required Skills

• Very good English communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Confident phone communication and cold calling ability.

• Good customer handling skills.

• Basic sales understanding and ability to identify potential customers.

• Good internet research skills for finding leads.

• Good negotiation and follow-up skills for vendor coordination.

• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp communication.

• Good coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors.

• Ability to multitask between sales follow-up, lead generation, and procurement work.

• Good discipline in maintaining records and reports.

• Polite, professional, organized, and proactive attitude.



Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales coordination, lead generation, office administration, or procurement is preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.

• Experience in manufacturing, furniture, interior, construction, trading, or B2B sales environment will be an added advantage.

Language Requirements



• Excellent English communication is mandatory.

• Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil or other local languages will be an added advantage.

Tools / Software Knowledge



• MS Excel or Google Sheets.

• Email and WhatsApp Business.

• Basic CRM software knowledge is preferred.

• Basic internet research and data entry skills.
