Job Description

  • Manage and maintain CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  • Track customer interactions and update customer records.
  • Execute customer engagement, retention, and loyalty campaigns.
  • Analyze customer behavior and generate reports/dashboards.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
  • Segment customer databases for targeted communications.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with privacy policies.
  • Good Language knowledge in Hindi or english.
  • Basic Knowledge in Excel.
