Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through calls, emails, and messages regarding overdue payments.
  • Follow up on outstanding dues and ensure timely collections.
  • Negotiate repayment plans as per company policies.
  • Update collection records and customer interactions in the system.
  • Resolve customer queries related to outstanding payments.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for payment-related issues.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service while handling collections.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare collection reports and share updates with management.
