Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through calls, emails, and messages regarding overdue payments.
- Follow up on outstanding dues and ensure timely collections.
- Negotiate repayment plans as per company policies.
- Update collection records and customer interactions in the system.
- Resolve customer queries related to outstanding payments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments for payment-related issues.
- Maintain high standards of customer service while handling collections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare collection reports and share updates with management.
