Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAttend and assist walk-in customers at the Airtel store.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Airtel products.
  • Sell Airtel services such as:
  • Prepaid & Postpaid SIMs
  • Broadband / Xstream Fiber
  • DTH Services
  • Airtel Payments Bank products
  • Resolve customer complaints and service requests promptly.
  • Explain plans, offers, and benefits to customers.
  • Complete customer KYC and activation processes.
  • Maintain customer records and sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
