About usSofa Cover Maker (sofacovermaker.com) is a Bangalore-based direct-to-consumer brand that makes custom-fit covers for sofas, recliners and chairs, shipped across India. We reach customers through Facebook and Instagram and handle enquiries and orders over WhatsApp. We are a small, fast-moving team building a trusted brand in the home-furnishing space – a great place to learn and grow as we scale.

The roleAs our Customer Engagement & Inbound Sales Executive, you'll be the first person our customers talk to. You'll answer their questions on WhatsApp, Instagram and calls, help them choose the right cover, clear their doubts, and turn their interest into a confirmed order. This is a friendly, conversation-led role – not cold calling.

What you'll do

•    Respond quickly to incoming messages on WhatsApp, Instagram and phone.

•    Understand what each customer needs – their sofa type, size, brand and preferred design.

•    Patiently clarify doubts about fabric, fit, washability, colours, price, delivery and returns.

•    Share the right designs and accurate prices, and gently guide customers to place an order.

•    Confirm order details clearly and pass them to the operations team.

•    Follow up with customers who are still deciding.

•    Suggest add-ons like cushion covers or extra seaters where it helps the customer.

What we're looking for

•    Excellent, friendly communication in Hindi and English (plus one South-Indian language: Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam).

•    Patience and a genuine willingness to help customers.

•    Comfort with chatting on WhatsApp / Instagram and speaking on calls.

•    Basic computer / smartphone skills.

•    Any graduate or 12th pass; 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome).

•    ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month based on your experience, plus a per-order incentive.

Location & working daysOn-site at our office on KHB Main Road, Bangalore. Working days / shift: 6 days a week [9.30 am to 7pm].
