Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Voice Process Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Hindi and possess excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions effectively.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
  • Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
  • Meet daily productivity and performance targets.
  • Follow company policies and process guidelines.
  • Required SkillsFluent communication in English and Hindi.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
  • Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligibility CriteriaGraduates and Undergraduates can apply.
