Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Customer Support & Sales Executive to handle customer queries, provide excellent support, and generate sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, chats, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to drive sales.
