We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team and provide excellent customer support. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through voice calls, understanding customer concerns, and providing accurate and timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
- Record customer interactions and update details in the system.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Achieve assigned customer service, quality, and productivity targets.
Skills Required: Good communication skills, active listening, problem-solving ability, patience, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.
