Job Description

Job OverviewWe are seeking dynamic, customer-focused, and service-oriented individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, voice process, telesales, banking support, insurance support, or financial services. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

The candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.



  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly
  • Assist customers with process-related guidance and required documentation
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution
  • Escalate unresolved concerns to the relevant departments when required
  • Maintain quality standards and follow company policies and process guidelines
  • Build positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay updated with company processes, service updates, and operational changes
