Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and respond to queries.
  • Assist customers with service bookings and updates.
  • Resolve customer issues in a polite and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with service partners and internal teams.
  • Maintain customer records in the system.

  • Good communication skills.
