Job Opening: Customer Service Representative – Traya Voice Process


Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Salary:

₹18,000 per month – Freshers

₹20,000 per month – Experienced Candidates

Process: Voice (Inbound & Outbound Customer Support)

Language Requirement:

Hindi & English (Mandatory) + Any ONE Regional Language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls professionally (inbound/outbound)

• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions

• Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems

• Follow quality standards, compliance, and process guidelines

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Meet daily productivity and performance targets (KPIs)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduates (Freshers can apply)
  • Non-Graduates with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

• Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English

• Proficiency in any ONE regional language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu)

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

• Willingness to work from office (HSR Layout, Bengaluru)
