Job Description
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Conduct post-service and post-sales follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the Sales and Service departments to resolve customer issues.
Remind customers about periodic vehicle service, insurance renewal, and feedback surveys.
Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
Prepare daily and monthly customer interaction reports.
