Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Voice & Sales Process

Location: Prestige Shantiniketan, KR Puram, Bengaluru
Cogent E-Services Limited is hiring Customer Care Executives for Voice and Sales Process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls and promoting banking products such as credit/debit card upgrades, EMI conversions, loan top-ups, and insurance products.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18 to 30 years
- English and Hindi communication skills are mandatory
- 12th pass candidates eligible
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Promote and upsell banking products and services
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
- Update customer interaction details in the system
Salary & Benefits:
₹23,000 CTC (₹22,500 In-Hand Salary) + Attractive incentives, ESIC and Mediclaim benefits
Shift Details:
- 9-hour shift with 6 days working
- Rotational weekly off
- Male candidates: 24/7 rotational shifts
- Female candidates: Day shifts between 7 AM – 7 PM
- Work Mode: Work from Office
