Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
