Job Summary

Barbeque Nation is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Customer Care Executives to drive customer bookings and sales through effective telephonic communication. The role involves engaging with customers, addressing their queries, promoting services and offers, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.

- Explain services, offers, and promotions to customers.

- Resolve customer concerns and objection professionally.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Fluency in English and Hindi mandatory.

Work Schedule

- 9-hour rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

- Weekends and festival working required.

Compensation

- Fresh*rs: ₹22,000 CTC | ₹18,000 In-hand

- Experienced: ₹24,000 CTC | ₹20,000 In-hand
