Customer Care Executive

✅ Attend incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and Instagram enquiries.

✅ Handle bookings for Boarding, Grooming, Swimming, Café, Daycare, and Pickup & Drop.

✅ Explain services, pricing, and packages to customers.

✅ Follow up on enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.

✅ Coordinate with the Operations Team for day to day activities and updates to customers.

✅ Maintain customer records and booking details and reporting to management.

✅ Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.

✅ Encourage customers to leave Google Reviews after their visit.

✅ Promote memberships, offers, and new services.
