Customer Care Executive - Online Business

We're looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team and provide top-notch support to our online customers. As a Customer Care Executive, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Provide product information and support to customers

- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to senior team members when necessary

- Meet customer satisfaction targets and metrics

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer care or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in English and local languages (Kannada & Hindi)

- Basic computer skills and typing speed

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

- Experience with CRM software and e-commerce platforms

- Knowledge of customer care best practices

- Certification in customer care or related field
