Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for our Voice and Sales processes. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, understanding customer requirements, and promoting relevant products and services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Identify sales opportunities and effectively close sales.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
• Mandatory SkillsExcellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Good sales and convincing skills.
• Preferred SkillsPrior experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, Voice Process, or Sales.
• Experience in achieving sales targets.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Candidates with relevant customer support or sales experience will be preferred.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• Age: 18–30 years.
