Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process
Job Type: Full-Time
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns effectively
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and updates
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on every call
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets
- Build positive relationships with customers through excellent communication
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
