Customer Care Executive

1.    Preparation & maintenance of ISO related documents w.r.t. marketing.

2.    Maintenance of files & other records (Admin job)

3.    Co-ordination with our Business partners to promote our projects.

4.    Supporting the client officials in processing .tenders & auctions starting from creation of tender/auction & upto downloading of comparative statement/completion of auction & sharing the reports. This involves preparation of tender documents, bids & templates

5.    Support to be given through telephonic mode, online mode & visit to concerned office if required.

6.    Supporting bidder community through telephonic call & if required through online.

7.    Submission of invoices & collection of bills.

8.    Regular follow ups with departments w.r.t. new tenders & auctions

Reporting to the concerned Manager periodically.
