Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Banking Process📍 Location: Hebbal, Bangalore

- Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for banking-related queries.
- Assist customers with banking products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
- Follow up with customers whenever required.
- Achieve daily quality and productivity targets.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication on every call.
- Requirements:Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge.
