Job Description: Customer Care Executive (Voice & Sales Process)
We are seeking Customer Care Executives to join our dynamic team for both Voice and Sales processes. As a Customer Care Executive, you will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and promote sales through effective communication. Fluency in English is mandatory, along with proficiency in any one of the following
Languages: Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
- Age between 18 to 30 years.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one regional language.
- Ability to empathize with customers and resolve their queries efficiently.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales will be advantageous.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service.
**Salary and Benefits:**
- Salary range: INR 13,000 to 18,000 per month.
