Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls and understand their queries, requirements, and concerns.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, bookings, payments, and other process-related queries.
- Assist customers with appropriate solutions while maintaining a polite and professional approach.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending requests, service issues, leads, payments, or other assigned cases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and closure of customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer information, call records, case details, and follow-up updates in the system.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively as per process guidelines.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and proper query resolution.
- Adhere to company policies, process standards, quality requirements, and compliance guidelines.
- Achieve assigned process objectives while maintaining service quality and professional communication.
