About the Role Are you passionate about financial markets, cryptocurrency, and the US stock market? We are looking for disciplined, dedicated, and career-focused candidates who are eager to build a long-term career in market analytics and trading support. No prior experience is mandatory. Comprehensive training will be provided to selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor market movements and trading activities.

• Support research and analytical tasks related to financial markets.

• Prepare reports and maintain trading-related records.

• Follow standard operating procedures with high accuracy.

• Maintain confidentiality and professional work ethics.

• Meet performance and evaluation targets during the training period. 

Eligibility Criteria Qualification

• 12th Pass

• Graduate

• Equivalent qualification 

Requirements

• Own Laptop (Mandatory)

• Strong discipline and commitment

• Willingness to learn

• Basic computer knowledge

• Good analytical mindset 

Training & Salary Structure

Duration Monthly Salary 1st & 2nd Month (Training)* ₹10,000

3rd Month ₹18,000 per month

After Successful Completion of 6 Months ₹40,000 + Performance Incentives (Approx. ₹20,000)*

Performance Evaluation

Candidates who successfully clear the evaluation process and achieve the required performance targets during the first 2 months will be confirmed as Permanent Employees and allowed to continue from the 3rd month onward.

Candidates who do not meet the required performance standards during the training period may be discontinued from the program.

Work Schedule

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed) Minimum

Attendance: Login for at least 20 working days per month

Work Mode

• First 6 Months: Work From Office (Mandatory)

• After Confirmation: o Work From Home may be approved based on performance.

o Employees may be required to return to the office for short- or medium-term business requirements.

Holidays

• Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off

• US Market Holidays (when the US market is closed)

• Any 3 Indian Festival Holidays per year
