📋 Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and energetic Sales Officers (SO) to drive credit card sales. In this role, you will be stationed at high-footfall locations to actively approach potential customers, pitch RBL Bank Credit Cards, and maximize sales conversions.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

Direct Marketing: Engage with customers in assigned locations such as Malls, Supermarkets, Petrol Pumps, and Open Markets.

Lead Generation: Prospect new customers through direct cold outreach as well as utilizing existing leads.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly credit card issuance targets.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum 10th Pass.

Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in open-market credit card sales is preferred (Freshers with a strong sales drive are welcome to apply).

Skills: Good communication skills, a presentable personality, and a natural sales mindset.

Languages: Must be fluent in Kannada and English.

💰 Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).

Incentives: Highly lucrative, performance-based earning potential.
