Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide a friendly shopping experience.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are clean and well-stocked.

  • Coordinate with the store team for stock availability and replenishment.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns as per company policy.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards in the store.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and assist with stock counting.
