Job Description
Accountant – Job Role:
- Maintain daily accounts, bills, invoices, and payment records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable and vendor payments.
- Record and reconcile cash, bank, and UPI transactions.
- Prepare salary, expense, and reimbursement records.
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC-related documentation.
- Prepare monthly reports, MIS, and financial statements.
- Maintain proper records for audit and compliance.
- Coordinate with HR, management, vendors, and auditors for financial matters.
- Ensure all accounting entries are accurate and up to date.
- Use accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
