Cook / Chef

Tarzan Fitness runs a fitness cafe inside our 13,000 sq ft gym on Kudlu Road, serving Harlur, HSR Layout and Kudlu. We are hiring one cook to run that kitchen.

What you will do

- Cook the full cafe menu — high-protein meals, salads, shakes, post-workout food.

- Run the kitchen on your own: prep, service, closing, cleaning.

- Handle daily indent and stock. Tell us what to buy before we run out, not after.

- Keep portion sizes and taste consistent. Members order the same thing every day and they notice.

- Maintain hygiene standards without being asked twice.

What we need

- At least 2 years cooking on your own in a cafe, restaurant, hotel or cloud kitchen — or a hotel management / culinary qualification with at least a year on a live kitchen.

- Able to work a single shift with fixed timings, six days a week.

- Able to travel to Kudlu Road daily.

Good to have

- A hotel management or culinary diploma (IHM or equivalent).

- Experience with healthy, high-protein or diet food — this is a gym cafe, not a regular restaurant.

- You can cost a dish and keep wastage down.

Why this kitchen

Fixed timings — the kitchen closes when the gym closes, not at 1am. Salary on a fixed date every month. One kitchen, one menu, your own space to run. If you have done hotel hours and want your evenings back, this is the trade.

₹20,000 to ₹32,000 a month depending on your experience and what you can run on your own. IHM freshers with a year on a live kitchen start at ₹20,000 to ₹22,000.
