Job Title: Cook / Chef

Location: Client Residence / On-Site

Employment Type: Full-Time (with Stay & Food) / Part-Time (12-Hour Shift)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Cook / Chef with expertise in multiple cuisines, including Chinese, South Indian, North Indian, and Continental. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience working with high-end clients, premium restaurants, or hospitality setups.

The chef should be fluent in Kannada or Tamil or Hindi or English and demonstrate professionalism, creativity, and adaptability in preparing meals to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality meals across Chinese, South Indian, North Indian, and Continental cuisines.

Customize and adapt menus as per the client’s taste, preferences, and dietary requirements.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.

Plan daily/weekly menus and manage grocery inventory efficiently.

Ensure food presentation meets fine-dining standards.

Work independently while respecting client privacy and requirements.

For the part-time role, manage a 12-hour cooking and kitchen responsibility shift.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of professional cooking experience with high-end clients, restaurants, or luxury hospitality.

Proficiency in Chinese, South Indian, North Indian, and Continental cuisines.

Ability to communicate in Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, or English.

Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization.

Proven track record of preparing meals for discerning clients.

Flexibility to work full-time with stay/food provided or part-time with 12-hour shift.
