Hiring: Continental Commis I & II – Biopeak Café | Indiranagar, Bengaluru

Biopeak is a Bengaluru-based AI healthcare startup launching a premium healthy café on 100 Feet Road, Indiranagar. Our menu is inspired by classic European cooking techniques and modern Pan-Asian flavours, focused on refined, health-conscious dining experiences.

We are looking for passionate and disciplined Continental Commis I & II chefs with prior experience in continental cuisine. Candidates must have strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced professional kitchen environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparation and execution of continental dishes as per recipes and SOPs
• Maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation standards
• Support senior chefs during service and prep operations
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety compliance at all times
• Handle mise en place, station organisation, and kitchen upkeep efficiently
• Requirements:Minimum 1–4 years of relevant continental kitchen experience
• Understanding of sauces, grills, pasta, breakfast, and European cooking basics
• Ability to work in a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen
• Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn
• Prior experience in cafés, premium restaurants, or hotel kitchens preferred
