Roles and Responsibilty-

Call customers to remind them about overdue payments and follow up regularly

● Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and payment options clearly

● Convince customers to make full or partial payments

● Understand customer issues and provide suitable solutions or payment plans

● Maintain accurate records of calls, commitments, and follow-ups in the system

● Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI norms)

● Coordinate with field collection team when required

● Handle customer queries related to Credit and payments

● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets
