• Call customers for payment follow-up
• Handle collection & recovery cases
• Maintain call records and updates

• Experience in collections/recovery (mandatory)
• Kannada fluency (must), Tamil, Telegu additional.
• DRA certification (preferred)
• Basic English/Hindi (optional)
