Description:
Main Responsibilities:
- Request customers to make their monthly payments to increase the collection of company loan repayments.
- Communicate effectively and cordially, both in writing and over the phone, using either casual or formal tones as appropriate.
- Maintain timely and direct communication with customers to establish payment agreements and address any questions or concerns.
- The executive has to follow the SOP in order to communicate with the customers to guide them on the various payment options that benefit both the company and the customer to facilitate the collection process.
- Provide consistent follow-up to assist customers with the payment process and ensure compliance with established agreements.
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers about their debts, including amounts, deadlines, and available payment methods.
Expected Outcomes:
- To achieve the collection target for the day/week/ month
- Work according to the company's requirements and instructions.
- Timely and accurate implementation of current processes related to the position.
- Record results efficiently with customers in the corporate CRM system.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Ensure a high level of quality in customer communication following the company's established standards.
Professional Qualifications:
- Experience working in a call center with a lending collection process; experience in FINTECH is a plus.
- Ability to process large amounts of information (written/oral).
- Reliability, communication skills, and a desire for professional development.
- Proficient language use with clear diction.
- Punctuality in work schedule and assigned tasks.
- Commitment and determination to achieve goals.
