Job Description
- Contact customers via phone calls to collect overdue payments.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending dues and payment commitments.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer queries related to outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.
