Collection Officer

Visit customers in assigned areas to collect overdue payments

· Explain outstanding dues and available payment options

· Negotiate repayment plans with customers when required

· Collect payments via cash, cheque, or digital modes as per company policy

· Issue receipts and maintain proper documentation

· Update daily collection reports and customer records

· Handle and report disputed or difficult cases to supervisors

· Follow legal guidelines and company policies during field visits

· Achieve daily / monthly collection targets
