Collection Manager

Monitor and manage outstanding payments and customer receivables.

Follow up with customers regarding pending invoices and payment schedules.

Maintain accurate records of collections, outstanding balances, and payment status.

Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and operations teams for payment-related matters.

Prepare collection reports, ageing analysis, and MIS reports for management review.

Resolve customer billing and payment discrepancies promptly.

Ensure timely deposit and reconciliation of collected payments.

Negotiate payment plans and recovery schedules when required.

Maintain professional communication with customers during collection activities.

Support management in improving collection processes and reducing overdue accounts.
