Job Description:

Looking for a Collection Officer with 2+ years of experience in field collections, preferably in BFSI/Auto Finance. Responsible for managing delinquent accounts, conducting customer visits, negotiating repayments, reducing overdue balances, and ensuring collection targets are achieved. Must have hands-on experience in Collection Management Systems (CMS/DMS), strong communication skills, and knowledge of collection processes, compliance, and recovery strategies. Two-wheeler and local area knowledge preferred.
