CNC Operator – Roles and Responsibilities

1. Operate CNC Machines - Run CNC machines according to production requirements.
2. Load and Unload Materials - Place raw materials into the machine and remove finished parts.
3. Read Drawings and Instructions - Follow engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications.
4. Monitor Machine Operations - Check machine performance and ensure smooth operation.
5. Inspect Finished Parts - Measure and verify parts using gauges, calipers, and measuring tools.
6. Maintain Quality Standards - Ensure products meet quality and dimensional requirements.
7. Perform Basic Machine Maintenance - Clean machines and report any faults or breakdowns.
8. Follow Safety Procedures - Wear PPE and comply with workplace safety rules.
9. Record Production Data - Maintain production and inspection records.
10. Report Issues - Inform supervisors about machine problems, defects, or delays.
