- Managing multiple high-revenue branches across a region
- Handling large AUM portfolios (₹300 Cr – ₹1000+ Cr depending on region)
- Driving overall P&L for the cluster
- Managing a team of:

- Investment Advisors
- Acquiring & managing Ultra HNI / Promoter-level clients
- Strategic planning for revenue growth & market expansion
- Recruitment & retention of top-performing RMs
- Ensuring regulatory compliance & audit readiness
Ideal Candidate Background
- 15–18 years in:
- Wealth Management
- Stock Broking
- Private Banking
- Strong experience in HNI/UHNI acquisition
- Proven team handling (20–50+ team size)
- Strong local market network
