Job Description
- Build and maintain professional relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and service requests.
- Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for timely fulfilment.
- Identify potential clients through market research, databases, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Generate qualified leads for manpower outsourcing, recruitment, payroll management, and allied HR services.
- Make cold calls, send introductory emails, and schedule appointments with prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
- General record maintenance
- General coordination work in between departments and Head office, other branch offices accross India
