Job Description

Job Title: Client Relationship Manager 

Location: Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore 

Position Type : Fulltime 

Work Mode : Work from Office

Qualification / Education and other Requirements: 

- Experience: (0-2 year) only in relevant industry background and qualification.

- Education- Any Undergraduate (BBA,B.Tech, B.A,B.com,) etc. and experience of 2 years only in relevant background.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability. 

- Decision making skills. 

- Language required: English & any 1 relevant language fluency (Kan,Tam,Hin,Telu) 

- Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word). 

- Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 10AM - 7 PM). 

- Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekdays.


Roles and Responsibility : 

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects. 

- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions. 

- Handle Inbound and Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources. 

- Conduct cross selling and upselling of the product / services.

- No generation of leads , have to Deal with only the Paid customers, folow up and close the sales deals.

- Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads. 

- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards, Must be energetic, - well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organisation.
